What is the V20 Group?
You’ve likely heard about Dealer 20 groups and the success this model has had in bringing dealers together to collaborate and discuss trends and challenges, and to learn together through fostered relationships. The Vendor 20 (V20) groups were developed with this in mind and to echo those discussions with a vendor’s lens.
Focused on collaboration, no two vendors in the same group are direct competitors. Members exchange best practices and innovative strategies to address dealerships’ evolving needs, tackle industry challenges, and support automotive retail customers. All with the shared goal of delivering top-tier services to our clients.
The Origins of the V20 Group
The V20 Group originated from an idea by Brent Williams, founder and former CEO of SnapCell. Williams envisioned applying the Dealer 20 group model to vendors. Together with Dave Spannhake, founder and CEO of Reunion Marketing, and David Kain, founder and president of Kain Automotive, the concept took shape. After five months of development and strategic recruitment of industry leaders, the V20 Group launched in 2023, marking a new era of vendor collaboration.
